Question by bri: What are good exercises and diets for a flat tummy?
I’m 18 and weigh about 135 pounds. Most of my fat goes to either my tummy, or my thighs.
I need exercises and diets that work REALLY well to achieve a flat tummy, and toned thighs.
I’d like to lose about 10-15 pounds, at least.
Tips, & advice are more than welcome
I just want to get a really good body for this summer(:

Do 50 leg scissors, 20 sit ups, 100 jumping jacks, and stretch!
Or run on the treadmill!
