Question by Lauren: Will I lose weight on this diet?
I need to lose weight fast, and my friend gave me this diet plan:
Breakfast – A bowl of oatmeal
Lunch – Two pieces of fruit
Dinner – Grilled chicken breast
Plus an hour of exercise everyday, and eight glasses of water.
Will I be able to lose weight on this diet?

Yes and no. You need at least 1500 calories a day so your body won’t go into starvation mode. (Body hangs on to every calorie)
Eat snacks that are low in calories. Here is what I enjoy:
Rice cakes(35 calories per cake and come in chedder, lightly salted, or caramel)
Sugar free popcicles
