Question by J: I want to flatten my tummy?
Im a girl, 5’4, 110 lbs. I’m 14 so I don’t really have time to go to gym.
My LOWER stomach. I have a little two pack on my upper abs, but around my bellybutton and a little lower I have a couple rolls/a belly bulge.
1. What can I do for exercises and eating wise?
2. And if I do these exercises everyday, how long will it take to flatten my tummy?

There are great ab exercises you can do right in your bedroom after school– no need for the gym!
Regular crunches are good, side crunches to work your obliques, side-twists, sit-ups, free-weights help tone your entire body if you have access to them.
