Question by α.: I exercise but can’t lose weight or my tummy ?
I’m taking summer school pe, and we play sports all day long. It’s jogging the track, core exercises, ultimate frisbee, flag football, volleyball, tennis, weights, and basketball everyday. We play for about two hours, take a break for lunch, and play more for about two and a half hours. I’m actually involved in the sports, I work up a sweat, I push myself because I want to get in shape. I felt sore but now it’s going away since my bodies getting used to everything. But I haven’t lost any weight at all, and I still have a stomach. I look pretty much the same except my waist looks a bit more with shape.
Why am I not losing weight or my stomach? I’ve already been doing everything mentioned above for four days. I’m not like inhaling food, and I’m 16 5’5 125lb girl. Any tips? If this will work, how long will it take to see any results?
